Access tube inside an abandoned Atlas F missile silo, the first of the “hardened” missile silo structures and last type of Atlas ICBM to be constructed by the U.S. war machine. 72 operational Atlas F sites were built, plus 3 test facilities, including this one at Vandenberg AFB.
