Babylon, a 100-foot tall prefab structure inviting participants to respond to the question, “What is your dream?”
I was fortunate to be out here during a whiteout, and I climbed to the top where I found myself above the weather (at least part of the time) and witnessing waves of “storm clouds” racing across the playa floor.
