The Granite Dells is a collection of large, weathered granite boulders that have eroded into picturesque shapes surrounded by two man-made reservoirs.
Legend has it that there is an undiscovered, buried treasure of gold left behind by prospectors in the 1800s when they were attacked by Native Americans as they passed through the area with their loot.
