Completed over a 2-week period at Alameda NAS, a decommissioned airbase, this 300x300 (90,000 sq ft) chalk art drawing earned the Guinness World Record on June 7, 2008.

It was a participatory piece of artwork created by Mark Wagner, with the help of thousands of Bay Area school kids and residents.

Taken by a kite-lofted camera the day after the record was obtained.
