Warehouse buildings at the abandoned steel mill in Bethlehem, PA where Bethlehem Steel Corp. had been based since 1857. It was once the 2nd largest steel producer in the U.S. but the declining steel industry forced the company to file for bankruptcy in 2001 and it subsequently dissolved in 2003.
In its heyday, this plant supplied steel for much of the NY skyline as well as the Golden Gate Bridge.
